Instructions
  1. Rub olive oil into your chicken thighs. Set the oven to 180oC or gas mark 7.
  2. Add 1/2 tsp jerk paste to each chicken thick and 1/2 tsp cumin seeds. Rub this into the chicken thighs.
  3. Sprinkle salt over all your thighs and place on a baking tray.
  4. Cook in the oven for 25-30 minutes until the juices run clear. Serve with some greek yoghurt or homemade slaw.
