Simple Seabass Recipe
With just a few readily available ingredients you can turn a dull meal into a restaurant style dish and this Simple Seabass Recipe is the perfect example of that. Sometimes you can over-think things and make recipes complicated and it’s just not necessary! This simple recipe can be eaten with a basic salad and potatoes like above, or with sticky coconut rice or spicy cajun sweet potato wedges.

Ingredients
- 2 seasbass fillets
- 1 handful fresh coriander
- 2 cloves garlic
- 50 g unsalted butter

Instructions
- In a frying pan, melt the butter. Add a handful of finely chopped coriander and crushed, chopped garlic. Leave until it starts to bubble then turn the pan down to a lower heat, until the butter just sizzles.
- Place your seabass fillets skin side down. Fry for 10 minutes or so, until the fillets are almost cooked.
- For the last minute or so, toss the seabass over to brown off and soak up the coriander, garlic and butter.
- Serve with some potatoes and a fresh salad and drizzle the butter and herbs in the pan over the dinner - ta dahhh, a ready made sauce!
