In a pan over a medium heat, add the oats, water and milk. Cook for around 5 minutes and add more water if necessary. When cooked, the oats will become ‘mushy’ and soft. They don’t take long to cook so once the pan is up to heat, just keep stirring.
Take the pan off the heat and stir in the greek yoghurt.
Serve with chia seeds, honey, coconut flakes and a little lime rind.
