Salmon Tagliatelle Recipe
This Salmon Tagliatelle Recipe is quick and easy to prepare and makes a great ‘fakeaway’ or alternative to eating out at an expensive restaurant. The flavours are quite authentically Italian, and if you’re really stretched on your budget, cut out the salmon. The anchovy sauce adds a great seafood flavour without the need for seafood! For vegetarians, why not add some blistered aubergine?
Grate fresh Parmesan over the top for the finishing touch if required!
