Set the oven to gas mark 3 or fan 160oC.
Open the tin of chickpeas and drain well. Place on a baking tray and dab the chickpeas with kitchen roll to soak up excess moisture.
Drizzle in the olive oil, salt and spice of your choice and Roll the chickpeas round to make sure they’re all covered.
Roast for around 50 minutes on this low heat. Allow to cool and serve cold.
