Posh Bacon Sarnies
This recipe is to make one pitta sandwich.

Instructions
  1. Cut your bacon into strips and place in a frying pan over medium heat with the oil, chilli, cumin and chopped spring onion.
  2. Cook until crispy – this should take around 10-15 minutes.
  3. Warm up your pitta in a microwave or toaster. Fill and serve with a dollop of greek yoghurt and leaves off the sprig of coriander. Ta da!
