  1. In your kilner jar, add the spinach first, then tomatoes, spring onions, pomegranate, olive oil and sumac and give it a really good shake.
  2. Hard boil your two eggs in boiling water for around 10 minutes. Peel and serve on top of the salad.
  3. You can always prepare the night before (which is what I always do). The salad will be just as good to eat and saves your valuable sleeping time in the morning!
