Sometimes you get a craving for ‘junk’ food. Whether it’s for comfort after a bad day at work, or you just can’t be bothered to cook… the good news is, this dish is much cheaper at less than £2.50 per head, AND it only takes 10 minutes… which is a lot quicker than ordering a takeaway!

Ingredients
- 200 g raw king prawns
- 200 g udon noodles pre cooked
- 2 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 bunch spring onions thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 onion thinly sliced
- 1-2 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions
- In a frying pan or wok, add your coconut oil. Heat on a medium heat and add your chopped onion and spring onions. Lightly crush and chop your garlic cloves and add these too. Cook to brown for a couple of minutes.
- Add in your king prawns and cook until they've turned from grey to pink.
- Now add your noodles and sauces. Cook for 3-5 minutes and serve.
