Instructions
  1. With a cocktail stick or fork, pierce all the cranberries and place in a large, sterilised kilner jar. If you’re not sure how to sterilise your jar, a quick google will tell you all you need to know. Eventually, you need to clean it with boiling water and bake it dry.
  2. Pour in the sugar over the cranberries, then pour in the gin. Seal the jar and give it a good shake.
  3. Shake at least daily for 2 weeks and your gin will be ready to serve. Extra tip – if you don’t want to throw away the cranberries, use them in a Christmas cake or in recipes to replace glace cherries. Or you could add as a garnish to your cocktails. Enjoy!
