Low Sugar Rocky Road Recipe
These Low Sugar Rocky Road treats are great to keep in the fridge. They’re packed full of protein and are low in sugar, making them a great treat or post/pre-gym workout snack. There’s also the option to add a little coconut if you want if you’re looking to increase your fat intake, or you could add different nuts or goji berries for instance. There’s lots of options with these tasty little treats, so get creative!

Ingredients
- 180 g dark chocolate the darker the lower the sugar content
- 2 tbsp thick coconut cream
- 150 g mixed nuts
- 3 tsp goji berries
- 3 tbsp honey

Instructions
- In a bain marie, melt the chocolate and the honey. Once that's melted, take off the heat and stir in the coconut cream.
- In a bowl, add the nuts and goji berries. Add the melted mixture into the bowl and mix.
- Pour the mixture onto a lined baking tray and place in the fridge overnight (or for at least 4 hours).
