Guilt Free Chocolate Mousse
This Guilt Free Chocolate Mousse contains no refined sugar yet tastes like the beautiful chocolate mousses’ you’d get in any restaurant up and down the country. The secret to sweetness? Coconuts and dates!
Despite mousse recipes usually packed full of all sorts of sugars, this recipe contains all natural ingredients… there’s not a chemically enhanced crystal in-sight! Try it for yourself… you won’t be able to tell any difference.

Ingredients
- 100 g pitted dates
- 30 g raspberries plus a couple to serve
- 200 ml coconut cream
- 25 g cacoa powder
- 1 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions
- In a blender, blitz the pitted dates until they form a sticky paste.
- Add the rest of the ingredients into a mixing bowl and add the dates. Blitz with a hand blender until relatively smooth. Don't worry if the dates don't blitz until fully smooth, it doesn't really matter as the end product tastes the same!
- Once the mixture is mixed, pour into ramekins and place in the freezer for 45 minutes to set.
- Serve with some fresh raspberries and a little icing sugar if you fancy!
