  1. In a griddle pan over a medium heat, add your sliced halloumi. Griddle for around 3 minutes on either side, or until you get the charred lines.
  2. Add a couple of handfuls of salad per person to a bowl or plate. Half the red onion, dice, and add to the salad plates.
  3. Sprinkle a little salt, sesame seeds and olive oil. Place the griddled halloumi on top to serve.
