  1. Thinly slice 1/4 head of a red cabbage and place in a bowl.
  2. Into the bowl, add your greek yoghurt, crushed garlic cloves, salt and coriander, which should be roughly chopped.
  3. Mix and cover over with cling film. Leave in the fridge until your dinner is ready and serve.
  4. This low sugar slaw is great with chicken thighs and simple meat cuts.
