I hate wasting food. It’s totally unnecessary in the modern world when we can do pretty much anything with food to make it interesting and tasty. Chicken skins are usually one of those things you put marinade on and then when it comes to eating the soggy outer layer, it ends up discarded at the end of the plate, unloved and in the bin. Well, if you’re a fan of crackling or pork scratching’s, you should definitely try these salty snacks the next time you cook chicken.
