Cold Busting Smoothie
Winter is upon us! It’s the season for goodwill, sure, but it’s also the season for colds and office illness… Give this cold busting smoothie a try for breakfast to pack in the vitamin C and give your immune system the boost it needs… just check out those 90’s colours!

Ingredients
- 1 handful spinach
- 1 kiwi fruit
- 6 red grapes
- 1 handful Blueberries
- 3 tbsp Greek Yoghurt
- 150 ml coconut milk or organic milk
- 1 tsp chia seeds

Instructions
- Put all the ingredients (apart from chia seeds) in a blender and pulse until smooth. Sprinkle the chia seeds on top to serve.
