Chocolate Pomegranate Treats
Try these easy to make Chocolate Pomegranate Treats when you need a low sugar, chocolatey hit! Using low sugar dark chocolate, pomegranates rich in vitamins and a little salt, these little chocolates also make a great homemade gift at birthdays and Christmas. Combining just three ingredients; dark chocolate, pomegranate seeds and sea salt, you won’t miss the mass processed sugary versions… promise!

Ingredients
- 50 g pomegranate seeds
- 100 g dark chocolate 70% or more
- pinch sea salt

Instructions
- In a bowl over a saucepan of boiling water, melt your chocolate. Keep stirring until fully melted then take off the heat.
- In silicone ice cube trays, pour chocolate into each section. This should make around 12 chocolates.
- Drop a tea spoon of pomegranate seeds into each one, then add a tiny pinch of sea salt to each one too.
- Leave in the fridge for 3 hours to set.
- For a present, serve in some baking paper with ribbon.
