Chickpea Salsa Salad
apple cider vinegar
salt and pepper
Dice the peppers and avocado and place them in a mixing bowl.
Drain off your chickpeas and rinse with fresh water. Give them a shake to get rid of excess water and then add to the bowl too.
Add your oil, vinegar and harissa paste to the bowl and mix well.
Add salt and pepper to season. Serve on its own for lunch, or with a little chicken or fresh fish.
