Instructions
  1. Take your cauliflower and chop into chunks. Grate these chunks down further using your grater or a mandolin. You should end up with a pile of roughly grated cauliflower.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add your cauliflower, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.
  3. Dust over the onion seeds to serve.
