Instructions
  1. Thinly slice your raw or fermented cauliflower.
  2. In a frying pan over a medium heat, heat your sesame oil and sesame seeds to toast. Add your turmeric and stir until all seeds and turmeric are covered in oil.
  3. Toss in your cauliflower. If the cauliflower is fermented, just cook until warmed through. If the cauliflower is raw, cook for 10 minutes or so until soft.
  4. Serve with a pinch of chilli and pepper. You can either eat alone, or add to some salad leaves or brown rice.
