Instructions
  1. In a pan of boiling water, add your new potatoes and boil for around 20 minutes until soft.
  2. Once they are cooked, drain them off and leave on the side.
  3. In a frying pan, add your oil, prawns, broccoli, spring onions and spinach. Add all your spices and herbs and toss in the frying pan, covering all the ingredients. Add in your drained potatoes and continue tossing.
  4. Cook for 5-10 minutes until the prawns have turned from grey to pink. Sprinkle with a little sea salt and serve.
