  1. In a frying pan, add a little oil and toss in your mince, peas, beans, spices, salt and bbq sauce.
  2. Fry over a medium heat for around 10 minutes until fully cooked. Put the oven on 180oC or gas mark 7.
  3. Split the nachos and put on a plate. Make a little ‘whole’ in the middle of the plate.
  4. When the mince is cooked, split up between your plates and place in the middle of each plate. Sprinkle your cheese over the top and bake for around 3-4 minutes.
  5. Serve with a dollop of greek yoghurt.
