Fennel and Orange Salad with Pitted Olives
The perfect lunchbox salad to keep you feeling on top of the world at work…
Omar Allibhoy is the chef at the renowned London restaurant Tapas Revolution. I was recently approached by a lovely company to try out one of his recipes using Fragata olives (spanish juicy olives… Yum!) and being the olive fan that I am, I of course couldn’t say no!
Now before we get into it, I’m very picky with reviews. I will only review or use a product I have 100% faith in. As you all know I’m very serious about my health so if it’s not “kosher” or natural, I won’t review it or use it on my blog.
Below is the video I was asked to follow which gives you the full recipe and tips as you go along, including a VERY handy way to peel oranges! The salad took me about ten minutes in total to prepare and I made enough for two days worth of lunch… Perfect! Gives me a day off tomorrow…
Also, instead of oregano I used Mace and Lemony Thyme out my herb garden… Experiment with flavours you enjoy! Send your pics and let me know how you get on, and don’t forget to follow me on twitter @zerosugardiet
